Shonen A: Kobe Killer

Japanese killer is loose to kill again and there is nothing we can do to stop him. The Justice Ministry has granted freedom to one of Japan's most horrific killers. I honestly think that this person is going to kill again. When he does so, should we expect an apology from the government officials who are so ignorant of the law??? The best we can hope for is that the 'young killer' is captured by a group of angry parents and then, dropped off a cliff. Would I be sad? No. I would even donate money for the legal defense fund for the parents who 'got their revenge' against the killer. Open game on the "Shonen A" Killer. Let's get him before he kills again. Perverted schoolboy killer set free to dissect society By Masuo Kamiyama Contributing Writer October 3, 2004
We knew him first as "School Killer," then as "Seito Sakakibara," then, during the years of his incarceration and treatment, as "Shonen A," Youth A. Now we know him by no name at all. His new identity and his whereabouts are closely guarded secrets. The "sexual sadist" who as a 14-year-old murdered two small Kobe children in 1997 has been free on parole since March, when he was officially pronounced rehabilitated. That optimistic conclusion is highly suspect, argues Shukan Shincho (9/30). Its headline is blunt: "Shonen A was not cured!" The boy's first two manga-style names were his inventions, incorporated into taunting notes he addressed to the police investigators looking for him -- unsuccessfully at first because they had no suspicion the child-murderer they sought was himself a child. He's grown up now, a strapping 22-year-old living and working under an assumed name, his new identity buttressed by a fictitious birthplace and fictitious school records. His neighbors and colleagues have no idea who he really is. He lives in an apartment with a roommate who is a Justice Ministry official. He walks to work every morning, arriving at 8 a.m. at the factory where he is employed as a welder, having learned the trade at the reformatory. He is described as a serious worker. When his workday ends at 5 p.m. he reports to his probation officer before going home. Shukan Shincho's information comes largely from a report by journalist "Fumiya" Hitotsubashi in the October issue of the monthly Shincho 45. Hitotsubashi's report in turn is based on Justice Ministry sources and what he claims are leaked top-secret Justice Ministry documents. When Shonen A was released in March, the Kanto Regional Parole Board declared that his condition had improved to such an extent that "there is no fear of recidivism." The secret internal Justice Ministry documents Hitotsubashi claims to have seen show, however, that at least some of the experts who examined him were less sanguine. They admitted that Shonen A's aggressive symptoms were under better control, but added that the root cause of his pathology had not been eliminated. "In other words," Hitotsubashi writes, "A's sexual sadism has not been cured." Citing documents recording A's interview with psychiatrists, Hitotsubashi, quoted by Shukan Shincho, traces the young man's sexual awakening. It is a grim, sad one. "The first time I had an erection," he reportedly told his doctors, "was in grade five, when we dissected a frog. In first year junior high school I masturbated while imagining myself gorging on entrails." "Sexual perversions like [Shonen A's]," says Teizukayama Gakuin professor emeritus Susumu Oda, "are unlikely to be cured in a matter of six or seven years." If the young man's fantasies have not been tamed, and if they result in another crime, "who," demands Shukan Shincho, "will take responsibility?"

Execute Jo Kamisaku

I strongly advise that the Japanese government give up on this person and execute him immediately. Kamisaku (or whatever his fucking name is) deserves to die. He is nothing but a parasite on Japanese society. By the way, whatever happened to his parents in the first murder trial? Were they sent to prison for their participation in the confinement, torture and death of the young girl? If not, why not? Should we send out a HUNTING PARTY to find them and kill them, too??? Execute Kamisaku. Execute Kamisaku. Execute Kamisaku. (We want blood! We want blood! We want blood!) ANOTHER VIOLENT CONFINEMENT Man who killed as child back in court By YUMI WIJERS-HASEGAWA Staff writer A man who as a youth was convicted and served time for his role in a slaying that shocked the nation pleaded guilty Wednesday to confining and wounding a male acquaintance in May. He denied, however, that he had terrorized his victim by claiming he had murdered someone on a previous occasion and knew how to beat the rap. During his first trial session at the Tokyo District Court, 33-year-old Jo Kamisaku, described by prosecutors as a gangster, said, "It's true that I beat him, but the part (in the prosecutors' statement) about what I said (about having killed someone) is not true." In July 1991, the Tokyo High Court convicted Kamisaku -- a surname he took upon his adoption by a supporter after his release -- and three other juveniles of the November 1988 abduction, confinement, rape and beating death of a high school girl from Misato, Saitama Prefecture. The crime, in which the girl was held captive at the home of one of the youths for 41 days, stunned the nation. The wounded girl had more than once pleaded with the parents living in the house for help, but they did nothing, according to media reports. After the youths killed her, they placed her corpse in an oil drum, filled it with concrete and dumped it on reclaimed land in Tokyo's Koto Ward. Kamisaku, who was 17 at the time, served eight years and one month at a juvenile prison and a regular prison before being released in August 1999. In his latest trial, prosecutors alleged that Kamisaku picked a fight with Takatoshi Isono, a 27-year-old acquaintance, on May 19, beat him, shoved him into the trunk of his car and drove him to a bar in Misato owned by his mother, where he beat the victim for another four hours. Kamisaku had believed that a woman he was attracted to had taken a fancy to Isono, the prosecutors said. They added that after his release from prison, Kamisaku briefly worked at a computer firm before joining the underworld. Prior to the May attack, he had harassed Isono on various occasions, at one point saying he knew exactly how to fool police and prosecutors because he had been tried for murder earlier, the prosecutors alleged. Experts noted how the 1988 slaying and the latest crime were both cases of confinement and violence at locations linked to the offender. They wondered why eight years behind bars had failed to rehabilitate the defendant. But Kamisaku's case is not uncommon. According to Tsuyoshi Kobayashi, professor of clinical delinquency at the graduate school of Mukogawa Women's University in Hyogo Prefecture, 20 percent of youths who spend time at reformatories on average become repeat offenders, even 30 percent of those who stayed at some institutions. Kobayashi believes the rate for inmates at juvenile prisons must be higher, as the youths at these facilities have been convicted of more serious crimes than the minor offenses that merit a stint in a reformatory. In the 1988 case, Kamisaku, who was branded the main accomplice, was given an indeterminate sentence of between five and 10 years. He served a combined term at a juvenile prison and a regular prison apparently because he turned 26, the maximum age for individuals to be held at a juvenile prison, in the course of serving his term. Takeshi Tsuchimoto, a law professor at Teikyo University, said that while authorities tend to be lenient toward youth offenders in the hope that they will mend their ways, in Kamisaku's case the punishment was too light. "The (first) crime he committed was so serious that he probably would have been sentenced to death if he had been an adult," Tsuchimoto said. "The least the court could have done was to give him the maximum sentence possible -- 15 years -- to make him realize (the gravity of) his deeds." He also noted the eight years Kamisaku spent behind bars was relatively long, given that the sentence was for a term of between five and 10 years. "His conduct in prison was apparently not that good," he said. Kobayashi of Mukogawa Women's University said, however, that the problem cannot be solved by simply keeping people who commit violent crimes in their youth away from society for a longer period of time. Programs at detention facilities need to be revised because they are not adequately correcting troubled juveniles, he said. "The reason (many of) these youths are not rehabilitated is the programs don't sufficiently delve into their hearts to see why they committed their crimes. They are only geared at forcing them to severely repent their actions," Kobayashi said. "Such treatment prompts youths to just bide their time until their release."

Assignment: Kill Him!!

If there is justice in the world, someone will read this blog and seriously consider punishing the killer in the story. This person's life is worth shit.  He deserves to die a painful death and must receive the punishment soon.  Hunt down Jo Kamisaku and kill him now! Full Story from Mainichi News (Japan). Heinous attacker brags about schoolboy killing days The perpetrator of one of the most heinous crimes in Japanese history boasted of his brutal killing while taking a rival captive, the Tokyo District Court heard Wednesday. Jo Kamisaku, the defendant who as a schoolboy was involved in the savage gang rape and killing of a schoolgirl later buried in a concrete-encased oil drum, entered a guilty plea as his trial for illegal confinement resulting in injury opened. But the 33-year-old Kamisaku denied prosecutors' allegations that he had boasted of his deadly prowess when confronting the victim of the alleged crime he is being tried for. Prosecutors said Kamisaku cornered a man in Tokyo's Adachi-ku early on May 19, accused him of "stealing" his girlfriend and then forced him into the trunk of his car. Kamisaku drove off to a pub in Misato, Saitama Prefecture, and held the man captive for about four hours, beating him, prosecutors said. Prosecution lawyers also said Kamisaku had boasted about the 1988 killing, telling his prisoner that he had "killed before" and spent a decade behind bars, where he "learned how to manipulate cops and prosecutors." Kamisaku admitted to the allegations against him, but denied having bragged about his earlier offense. When just a 17-year-old schoolboy in 1988, Kamisaku was involved in one of Japan's most sickening, heinous and cruelest crimes ever. Kamisaku and three classmates, one of whom was just 16, captured a 17-year-old schoolgirl and held her captive in the home of one of the boys. They kept the girl prisoner for 41 days, repeatedly raping and beating her in an upstairs room of the boy's home while his parents remained oblivious in other parts of the house. After the boys' gruesome torture of the girl finally resulted in her death, they stuffed her body into an oil drum and filled it with concrete before dumping it. In 1991, Kamisaku was ordered to serve a prison sentence of an undetermined length. He was released in 1999 and was working part-time at a computer company at the time of his arrest. Hunt Down this Man and Kill Him!

Okay, that might be a little too harsh for a sane person but, I suspect there is a crime avenger among us who derives pleasure from punishing the lowest of the lowest, the worst of the worst, and the most evil villians of the world. If so, I believe it is important to kill Junichi Okabe as soon as possible. He does not deserve to live among us. He is nothing but a coward and should be sentenced to death for his crimes. TV station scandalized by serial rape of starlets By Ryann Connell Staff Writer July 18, 2002 Model employee Junichi Okabe had a pervese penchant for models of a different type. Junichi Okabe was a BS man. That's not to say he had a preponderance for stretching the truth. Okabe simply sold advertising for TV Asahi's digital television programs beamed to earth by broadcasting satellite, or BS, as the space-based communications tool is referred to in Japanese. But it's no BS to say Okabe is in deep trouble now as he is being painted as the prime suspect in a series of at least a dozen rapes to have occurred in the Shibuya and Meguro wards over the past year. Flash (7/30) notes that nobody expected what was to happen in the wake of Okabe's arrest June 28 for trespassing. A few more eyebrows were raised after a second count of trespassing was added July 11 for the January burglary of a young woman in Shibuya-ku. But TV Asahi has been rocked since Okabe's name became linked with the sex attacks. "Investigators were looking at Okabe in connection with the rapes from as early as May. Of the women who had been raped since last year, eight were budding celebrities registered with the same talent agency," a police source tells Flash. "We knew the rapist would have something to do with the celebrity world or television." Okabe has reportedly admitted to violating two of the victims, with crimebusters claiming his methods were minutely planned. "He used an address directory to find out where they lived, then checked out their apartments before he actually broke into them. He would carry with him a photo of his proposed target and confirm that it was her before he unleashed his attack. Okabe threatened the women at knifepoint, before blindfolding and raping them. He captured everything on camera. He abused his victims' weakness of needing to remain squeaky clean by showing them the photos of her being violated and then threatening to go public with them if she ever spoke out about the ordeal," a reporter on the police beat tells Flash. Despite being accused of acting like a monster, 40-year-old Okabe is apparently held in high esteem by those who know him best. After graduating from a private university in Nagoya, he spent several years working for a number of advertising agencies before finally settling in at TV Asahi in June 2000. "He was very serious and had a reputation for being good at his job. He was apparently a top employee during his advertising agency days," a TV Asahi source says. Okabe grew up in an affluent district of Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture. "He wasn't particularly well built and at first glance appeared to be a little weak," a friend from his schooldays says. "He was the first guy to run away from a fight. He was only average in both sports and studies. Come to think of it, he really didn't leave much of an impression at all." Another associate adds, "He was reasonably good-looking, taking after his beautiful mother. Quite a few girls liked him." Considering his popularity, what would drive an apparently stable man into becoming a violent sex beast, the men's weekly ponders? A source in the mass communications industry suggests he knows why. "About a year ago, Okabe proposed to a young woman working for a private TV network. She was in her late 20s, beautiful and Okabe threw a party for her when she left her company, driving her home in the middle of the night once the festivities were over," the source tells Flash. "He told her that he wanted to date her with a view to them getting married. She wanted nothing to do with him, though. Getting dumped by her was just a shock that was too hard for him to handle."

Japanese Judge: Death Sentence to You

A Japanese judge did the most disgusting thing in history: he was lenient to a serial rapist in order to further his daughter's career. Impossible? Read the article and then, you tell me whether or not the judge should be hunted down like a rabid dog and shot dead. (Article)
